TARGET SPECIES
Cows, mares, ewes, sows and bitches.

INDICATIONS
The product can be used in cows, mares, ewes, sows and bitches. Especially, the usage is indicated in the following cases:
COWS – HEIFERS: ** Luteolytic action: Stimulating and synchronization of estrus, in the state of residual corpus luteum, in the state of cystic corpora lutea, in the anaphrodisia and infertility syndrome, without clinical symptoms. **Inducement of contractions of smooth muscles: In the partial involution of the uterus after a dystocia, in the retention of fetal membranes, or in the partial involution of the uterus because of uterus infection (endometritis), in the abortion of a dead fetal (fetal maceration, fetal mummification). MARES: In the inducement and oestrus synchronization, in the state of a residual corpus luteum, in the anestrus, in the partial involution of the uterus. SOWS: In the synchronization of parturition (Administration of Prostaglandin F2a in the sows in the 112th  day of the pregnancy): EWES: In the oestrus synchronization and in the ovulation, in the uterus involution. BITCHES: In the parturition inducement, in the elimination of the fetal membranes retention and mummified fetal, in the pause of an undesirable pregnancy (after on the 30th day of the pregnancy)

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
It is administered only intramuscularly.
Cows     20 mg / animal
Heifers    5 mg / animal
Mares      5 mg / animal
Sows     20 mg / animal
Ewes      10 mg / animal
Bitches     0,5 – 0,25 depended on the case / kg / 12 h for 4 – 5 days.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
⇛ Do not administer in the pregnant animals (only in the case an abortion is desirable)
⇛ Do not administer in the animals, which suffer from acute or subacute diseases of the cardiovascular, respiratory and reproductive system.
⇛ Do not administer in the mares which suffer from a gastrointestinal disease
⇛Do not administer in the bitch, which suffers from closed pyometra  (the cervix is closed) because it could be caused peritonitis from the passage of the uterus content through the oviducts in the abdominal cavity.

UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS
In the mare after the administration or some minutes later it is possible to be presented perspiration, a light colic and a tachycardia.
In the sow the precipitation of the parturition could lead to the birth of stillborn piglets.
In the bitch 1 – 20 minutes after the administration could be presented jactation, salivation, vomiting, diarrhea, hypothermia or hyperthermia, tahcypnea, tachycardia, abdominal pain and ataxia.
These symptoms pass over after one hour. During the pause of an undesirable pregnancy, the detachment of fetal membranes is followed some times by dangerous hemorrhage.

INTERACTION WITH OTHER MEDICAMENTS
Anti-infection factors as indomethakine, aspirin and sodium salicylic inhibit PGF2a action. PGF2a must not be administered simultaneously with these factors.

OVERDOSE
Has not been observed.

USE DURING PREGNANCY AND LACTATION
Administration in pregnant animals cause absorptions.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN BY THE PERSON ADMINISTERING THE PRODUCT
The skin can absorbs PGF2a, so pregnant women and people who suffer from asthma or other diseases of respiratory system should not handle or come in touch with the product.

It should be kept in temperature underneath 18^o C in a dry place for 2 years after the date of manufacturing.
