INDICATIONS
Vitamins AD3E (300-100-50) are administered for the prevention and the treatment of symptoms due to lack of vitamins A, D3 and E, which are observed often during the winter and the beginning of spring, since the ration is not balanced and animals are not fed with greenery.
They are also administered to weak young animals, which are born during winter or spring.
Especially, Vitamins AD3E (300-100-50) are administered for:
· Enforcement of the defence of the organism against diseases due to microorganisms especially during the growth of young animals (dysentery, paralysis, pulmonary infections)
· Recovery of animals after various diseases
· Infertility of pet –vet without obvious symptoms, due to hypofunction of ovaries
· Disorder of fertility of male animals, as oligospermia, bad formation, lack of desire of service. At serious cases of infertility, previously and for
   a long period of time must be administered to animals ration of high conciseness in metallic salts elements.
· Prevention of premature embryo death, especially at sows
· Prevention and treatment of organic dysfunctions and metabolism disorders, as rachitis of young animals and osteomalacia of adults, disorders of metabolism of inorganic salts and cases of licking sickness.
· To insure a normal growth of embryo and resistance of neonatals.
· Prevention of abortions.
The vitamins AD3E (300-100-50) are also administered to fattening animals, when are observed often the following disorders: myocarditis, decoloration of meat of calves and of lamps, and muscular necrosis of piglets.

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Vitamins AD3E(300-100-50) are administered intramuscularly or intravenously.
The intramuscular injection should be done deeply and the intravenous one slowly.
Vitamins AD3E(300-100-50) are administered at the following dosages:
· Cows, mares                              5 ml
· Sows during pregnancy             5 ml
· Bulls and boar stallion               3 ml
· Foals, calves                             3 ml
· Pigs, sheep and goats              2 ml
· Piglets and young dogs            1 ml
At persistent cases, the dosage should be repeated after 9-10 days.
· In order to reassure the normal growth of embryos and the increase of resistance of neonatal, Vitamins AD3E (300-100-50) are administered 3-4 weeks before parturition. During the administration of vitamins, is recommended to administer ration of high conciseness in metallic salts elements.

UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS
In cases that the intravenous injection is not done slowly but quickly it can be caused shock. After the intramuscural injection at the sheep can be caused persistent oedema. Hence the Vitamins AD3E  are mixed with equal quantity of potable oil and are administered orally. To the adult sheep are administered one teaspoon (4 ml) and to the lambs ½ teaspoon from the mixture. In cases of overdose, at the liver of animals is possible to be accumulated quantities dangerous for the people’s health.

STORAGE – SHELF LIFE
2 years since production date, stored in temperature room. After the first opening remains stable for one month in temperature <25^oC and protected from the light.
