Disinfectant with detergent action, is a bluish liquid, transparent, water soluble, and nice aromatic smell. Its wide spectrum of action covers most of pathogen microorganisms involved in bovine, swine, sheep, goats, rabbits, equine and avian diseases.
It is viricide against Food and Mouth Disease, Swine fever, Auzjeszky, Myxomatosis, Newcastle disease, IBR and Avian Influenza (types A and B).
It is bactericidal against Gram + and Gram - and its sporulated forms, Mycoplasma, Mycobacterias.
It also shows fungicidal action (Aspergillus niger, Cladosporium cladosporoides, Aspergillus candidus, Aspergillus clavatus, Aspergillus flavus, Aspergillus repens, Penicillium cyclopium y Aspergillusfumigatus), acaricidal, nematocidal, algaecidal and protozoidal.
LONGSEPT is characterised by being toxicologically safe, without risk for humans or animals in normal use conditions.
It can be used in presence of animals.
It is active in presence of organic material, hard water and detergents; it is eco-friendly with the environment as it is bio-degradable in residual water.
POSOLOGY AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
LONGSEPT is used in all kind of cleaning and disinfection activities of farm areas or attached areas that can be contaminated. It can also be used for the cleaning and disinfection of equipment and other materials in contact with animals.
The cleaning and disinfection can be carried out whilst the animals are in the facilities.
Instructions of use.- Apply the product, previously diluted in water, on the surfaces that need to be cleaned. Depending on the way of application, different concentrations are recommended:
- Systematic spraying - use LONGSEPT at 0.4% (equivalent to 1 litre of LONGSEPT / 250 litres of water).
- Intensively spraying - use LONGSEPT at 1% (equivalent to 1 litre of LONGSEPT / 100 litres of water).
- Foot dips - use LONGSEPT at 1.5% (equivalent to 15 ml of LONGSEPT / 1 litre of water). Change the dilution every 15 days.
- Nebulization for disinfection of empty places before entering animals - dilute LONGSEPT at 25% in water (equivalent to 250 ml of LONGSEPT / 1 litre of water) and use 1 litre of the solution for 200 m2 aprox. The contact of the disinfectant aerosol with the surfaces must be at least for 1 hour (closed doors) in order to get a complete action.
