PHARMACOLOGICAL PROPERTIES
Chlorotetracycline is a broad-spectrum antibiotic with bacteriostatic and bactericidal action against GRAM (+) and GRAM (-) bacterias. Also, the antibacterial spectrum includes riketsias, chlamydias, mycoplasmas and protozoon.   

TARGET SPECIES
Calves, pigs and hens

INDICATIONS
Calves (before the beginning of rumen function): Treatment of bacterial diarrhoea and secondary infections that follow pneumonia or stress.
Pigs: Trteatment and prevention of respiratory infections, as atrophic rhinitis, pneumonic pasteridiasis, and enzoo pneumonia. Prevention and treatment of digestive system, as: bacterial enteritis, colobacteriasis and salmonelosis of pigs. Also, control of secondary bacterial infections that follow viral infections.  
Hens: Prevention and control of chronic and complicated respiratory diseases, colobacterial sapraemia, cholera of poultry, contagious coryza, folliculitis, typhus, arthritis, secondary infection due to bacterias that follow bronchitis infective and laryngotracheitis, pseudopanole and coccidiasis

DOSAGE AND METHOD OF ADMINISTRATION
Generally, NEOCILLIN is mixed with the ratio of animals in the following quantities:
Calves: 20 mg NEOCILLIN per kg of body weight / 12 hours x 7 days
Pigs : 4 g NEOCILLIN per kg of feed x 7 days
Broilers:3,5 g NEOCILLIN per kg of feed x 7 days
Layers: 5 g NEOCILLIN per kg of feed x 7 days
Take care  during mixing the nutrition.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not administer to calves after the beginning of rumen function, because it can be caused injury of the natural micro flora, and gastrointestinal disorders.

UNDESIRABLE EFFECTS
May be caused reactions of hypersensitivity, injury of natural micro flora of the small intestine and the rumen with consequence gastrointestinal disorders. Administration during teething and during the last stage of pregnancy may cause discoloration of teethes because chlorotetracycline creates simplex unions with calcium ion.

INTERACTION WITH OTHER MEDICAMENTS
The action of chlorotetracycline is reduced severely, when there is analogy greater than 1% of calcium in the ratio, due to its ability to create complexes with bivalent cations.

STORAGE
Keep at a cool and dry place

SHELF LIFE:
2 years in dry and dark place. Mixed with nutrition, it is preserved for 3 months.

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS FOR THE DISPOSAL OF UNUSED PRODUCT OR WASTE MATERIAL, IF ANY:
The disposal or the unused product must be made away with safety
